New Year Resolutions ….

New year is 365 new days, a new start for the rest of our lives. Many people make plans for the coming year; find a better job , loose weight, stop smoking, fall in love, learn a new language ….. who realizes that the main message under the surface is ….. Upgrade yourself!
Everyday we talk about changes in life. We like to hear about new technologies, upgrade our computer systems, buy new cars, new mobiles … what do we do for ourselves, for our careers as individuals ? Do we know who really we are ? Are we aware of the great potential hiding in the dark? Do you think people criticise themselves to improve their professionalism?
I met many people , graduated from very important universities with a great career start but then their rise slows down, people behind them passes through. Most of them are not aware of the reason. In fact the point is simple; values you add to yourself today will be ordinary tomorrow.
It is not about changing yourself it is an endless story of adopting yourself to the running world .
When it comes to business it is exactly the same; how can you expect to develop your business and reach more and more success without the real understanding of ”development”, without bringing the main idea into your whole life, whole business. The perfect service, perfect product you present today will be ordinary next time. As PACE consultants we like the saying
“if you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got!”
Simply summarizes the main idea…..
I met many people who knows about themselves very well, never stops learning, catches up with the new generation, tries to understand them. They never live in the past, they use their experience for the future. Success and happiness is what they always get both in their private and professional lives!

Hello world!
